三维同振球形矢量水听器的小型化研究
The study on miniaturization of three-dimensional co-vibrating spherical vector hydrophone

【摘要】 为了满足三维同振球形矢量水听器的设计要求,通常在设计时采用对称结构,因此设计制作的矢量水听器存在体积大、平均密度高、相位一致性差等缺点。论文中设计的矢量水听器内部使用三只加速度计,呈等边三角形放置,每个项点处放置一只,并使每只加速度计的重心与三角形顶点重合,从而保证整只矢量水听器内部质量分布均匀,且重心与其几何中心一致。在保证灵敏度不变的情况下,水听器的直径由采用对称结构设计的110mm减小为80mm,密度由1.3g/cm~3减小为1.06g/cm~3。测试结果表明:这种新结构不仅可以有效的降低水听器的几何尺寸,而且可以改善相位特性,同时水听器具有较好指向特性。
【Abstract】 For satisfying the requirement to design three-dimensional co-vibrating spherical vector hydrophone,symmetric structure is usually used in design so that vector hydrophones designed have many shortcomings such as big volume,high average density,bad phase congruency and so on.In paper,the vector hydrophone designed has three accelerometers inside which are arranged in equilateral triangle.Every vertex of equilateral triangle has one accelerometer and the barycenter of accelerometer coincide with the vertex of the equilateral triangle to ensure the uniformly-distributed mass of hydrophone and its barycenter coinciding with geometric center.Under the condition of guaranteeing changeless sensitivity,the diameter of hydrophone by use of symmetric structure reduces to 80mm from 110mm and the density reduces to 1.06g/cm~3 from 1.3g/cm3.The testing results show that this new structure not only reduces effectively hydrophone’s geometry size but also improves phase property,at the same time the hydrophone has the better directivity.
