玛咖水提物和番茄红素对小鼠的抗前列腺增生作用

【摘要】 本文探讨了玛咖水提物,番茄红素及它们的复配对小鼠前列腺增生的抑制作用及其作用机理。将130只雄性ICR小鼠随机分为生理盐水组、空白溶剂组、生理盐水模型组、溶剂模型组、阳性药(非那雄胺1.0 mg/kg)组,玛咖组,苄基芥子油苷组,番茄红素(15 mg/kg,5mg/kg and2.5 mg/kg)组及玛咖(30 mg/kg)复合番茄红素组(7.5 mg/kg,2.5 mg/kg and 1.25 mg/kg)。除空白组外,其他组皮下注射丙酸睾酮(5.0 mg/kg),连续30天,制造小鼠前列腺增生模型,观察各组小鼠前列腺湿重、前列腺指数;血清中双氢睾酮(DHT)、睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E2)、T/E2水平和前列腺酸性磷酸酶的影响及镜下病理学改变。结果表明,玛咖水提物和苄基芥子油苷及番茄红素均能显著抑制小鼠前列腺增生;玛咖(30 mg/kg)和番茄红素(7.5 mg/kg)复配后效果最好,有协同增效作用,苄基芥子油苷是玛咖水提取物抗前列腺增生主要的活性物质。

【Abstract】 Based on the hypothesis that both lycopene and maca extractant are effective in the prevention and treatment of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia(BPH),this study was conducted to find out whether Maca extractant,lycopene and their combination can effectively inhibit BPH in mice induced by testosterone propionate(TP).Mice were divided into saline group,solvent control group and testosterone propionate induced prostatic hyperplasia mice(BPH model group,solvent BPH model group,benzyl glucosinolate group(1.44mg/kg),maca group(60 mg/kg),lycopene treated(15 mg/kg,5 mg/kg and 2.5 mg/kg),maca(30 mg/kg) combine lycopene treated(7.5 mg/kg,2.5 mg/kg and 1.25 mg/kg),finasteride treated).The compounds were administered orally once a day consecutively for 30 days.The inhibitory effects on BPH of Maca,lycopene and their combination were evaluated using prostatic index,prostatic acid phospatase(PAP),estradiol,testosterone and DHT levels in serum and histopathology examination.Comparing with solvent BPH model group,BPH mice fed with Maca(30 mg/kg) and lycopene(7.5 mg/kg)combination exhibited the significant difference in the prostatic index,PAP,estradiol,testosterone and DHT levels in serum and similar histological aspects observed in the mice of solvent control group while the BPH mice exhibited typical features of prostate glandular hyperplasia.The results indicated that the combination of maca and lycopene synergistically inhibit the development of BPH in mice.
