【摘要】 紫苏[Perilla Frutescens(L.)Britt]为唇形科紫苏属一年生草本植株,是我国传统的药食两用植物。目前紫苏因其在医药和食品领域的高利用价值越来越受到国内外学者的重视。本文简述了紫苏的分类及研究现状,详细介绍了紫苏的保健营养价值和药理作用。紫苏籽油α-亚麻酸含量近80%,被称为"陆地深海鱼油",对改善我国食用油现状意义重大。紫苏叶片因含有丰富的黄酮类物质、萜类化合物及β-胡萝卜素,微量元素含量丰富,具有开发成保健食品的潜质。紫苏具有抑菌、抗炎抗过敏、降血糖、降血脂、解热止呕止血、抗肿瘤、保护肝脏、镇静等多种功效,是多种中成药的有效成分之一。本文讨论了紫苏的开发应用和前景展望,以期为紫苏的研究与综合开发利用提供一定帮助。更多还原

【Abstract】 Perilla Frutescens(L.) Britt belongs to the genus of Perilla,which is a traditional medicinal and edible plant in China.Currently Perilla Frutescens(L.) Britt got more and more attention owing to its high value in pharmaceutical and food industry.This paper describes its classification and research status,outlines its nutritional value and pharmacological effects.Perilla seed oil which is known as "land fish oil" contains nearly 80%a-linolenic acid and could improve the status of China’s edible oil.Perilla leaves which is rich in flavonoids,β-carotene and trace elements,has the potential to develop healthy food.Perilla Frutescens(L.) Britt is one of active ingredients in Chinese medicine wihth antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,lowering blood sugar,blood fat,anti-allergic,antipyretic antiemetic,anti-tumor,protecting the liver and sedation effects.P.Frutescens(L.) Britt development and research is discussed to provide some help for the further study and comprehensive use.更多还原
