中国三地区母乳脂肪酸组成成分与膳食结构的影响

【摘要】 对婴儿而言,母乳是营养全面的最佳食物。与此同时,母乳的营养成分受到乳母膳食营养、饮食习惯、地域等因素的影响。本研究比较中国杭州地区(n=202)、北京地区(n=133)和兰州地区(n=142)产妇在产后一天、两周、六周三个时期母乳脂肪酸组成成分差异,以及膳食对母乳脂肪酸组成影响。结果表明,时间和地区对母乳脂肪酸有不同程度的影响。三地区母乳饱和脂肪酸含量(SFA)从初乳到二周乳呈下降趋势,而二周乳到六周乳呈上升趋势。单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA)含量随着时间变化而逐渐上升,而多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)含量随着时间变化而逐渐下降。其中,n-3多不饱和脂肪酸(n-3 PUFA)含量随着时间变化而逐渐上升,n-6多不饱和脂肪酸(n-6 PUFA)含量变化相反。产后六周时间里,碳水化合物的摄入与杭州地区母乳PUFA含量、n-3:n-6比例,兰州地区花生四烯酸(从)含量、AA:DHA比例,北京地区MUFA含量均呈显著负相关。蛋白质的摄入与杭州地区母乳DHA、MUFA含量,兰州地区AA:DHA比例呈显著正相关,而与杭州地区母乳中MUFA,PUFA含量、n-6:n-3比例,兰州地区母乳中AA含量,AA:DHA比例呈显著负相关。脂肪的摄入与杭州地区母乳中DHA,PUFA和MUFA含量、兰州地区母乳中MUFA含量、AA:DHA比例呈显著正相关,而与兰州地区母乳中n-6:n-3比例呈显著负相关。因此,研究中国不同地区母乳的脂肪酸成分,对生产母乳化的配方奶粉具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Breast milk is the best natural food for the neonate.The nutrition status of breast milk are affected by maternal women dietary habits,regions et al.The purpose of the present study is to establish a large sample to prospectively evaluate the FA composition of human milk at the 3 time points(dayl,14,42)and make a comparison with the diet consumption in different regions in China to address the hypothesis that the FA in milk may be attributed to the particular diet of this population.The results showed that the time and regions have different effect on the breast milk fatty acid composition.The SFA composition increased from colostrum to transitional milk,and decreased from transitional milk to mature milk.The percentage of MUFA increased with time,while PUFA decreased with time.The proportion of n-3 PUFA increased with time and n-6 PUFA decreased with time.Carbohydrate dietary intake was negatively correlated with PUFA and n-6:n-3 ratio in Hangzhou breast milk,AA and AA:DHA in Lanzhou breast milk,and MUFA in Beijing breast milk.Protein dietary intake was positively correlated with DHA and MUFA in Hangzhou breast milk,AA:DHA in Lanzhou breast milk.While it was negatively correlated with total MUFA,PUFA,and n-6:n-3 ratio in Hangzhou breast milk,AA and AA:DHA in Lanzhou breast milk.Fat dietary intake was positively correlated with DHA,PUFA and MUFA in Hangzhou breast milk,MUFA and AA:DHA in Lanzhou breast milk.While it was negatively correlated with n-6:n-3 ratio in Lanzhou breast milk.
