基于酪氨酸酶抑制活性的茶花粉提取工艺优化

【摘要】 为了促进茶花粉在美白保健食品领域的应用,进一步提高茶花粉乙醇提取物的酪氨酸酶抑制活性,本文在单因素试验基础上,以提取物酪氨酸酶活性抑制率为目标函数,运用响应面BoxBehnken试验设计优化了乙醇浓度、料液比及温度等茶花粉的提取条件,并使用SAS软件对所得数据进行岭脊分析。试验预测最优提取条件为:乙醇浓度79%、料液比1:10、提取温度52℃;在此工艺条件下茶花粉乙醇提取物的酪氨酸酶抑制率达51.5%,且优化前后茶花粉提取物酪氨酸酶抑制活性提高了41.09%。本文为进一步开发茶花粉美白保健食品提供了理论依据和技术支持。
【Abstract】 In order to promote the camellia pollen in the use of whitening function food industry and improve the anti-tyrosinase rate of ethanol extract from camellia pollen,the influences of ethanol concentration,solid-liquid radio and temperature on the anti-tyrosinase activity from camellia pollen were studied on according to the Box-Behnken experimental design based on the single factor experiments.Besides,the SAS System was used to predict maximum response values by estimated ridge.The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows;79%ethanol concentration with solid-liquid ratio 1:10 at52 ℃.The anti-tyrosinase activity was 51.5%under the optimum extraction conditions,and the anti-tyrosinase rate of camellia pollen extract was increased by 41.09%after optimization.This article could provide theoretical basis and technical support for developing whitening function food of camellia pollen.
