饮食核苷酸降血脂作用的研究

【摘要】 目的:研究口服核苷酸对实验性高脂血症大鼠血脂水平的影响。方法:选用60只健康雄性SD大鼠分成正常对照、高脂模型对照和0.04g/kg体重、0.16g/kg体重、0.64g/kg体重核苷酸组,正常对照组大鼠喂饲普通饲料,高脂模型和核苷酸组大鼠饲喂高脂饲料。核苷酸组大鼠以灌胃方式给予不同剂量的核苷酸(1ml/100g)45天,测定血清清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量。结果:摄入核苷酸45天后,0.04g/kg体重、0.16g/kg体重、0.64g/kg体重组大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)分别为3.14±1.45mmol/L、3.65±1.58mmol/L、3.14±1.70mmol/L,0.04g/kg体重组及0.64g/kg体重组与高脂模型对照组(4.26±1.96mmol/L)相比显著降低;甘油三酯(TG)含量分别为0.93+0.53mmol/L、0.93±0.44mmol/L、0.72±0.38mmol/L,0.64g/kg体重组与高脂模型对照组(1.29±0.49mmol/L)相比显着降低;高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)分别为1.19±0.31、1.22±0.31、1.26±0.36,与高脂模型对照组(1.09±0.16mmol/L)相比无显着差异。结论:口服核苷酸具有一定的辅助降血脂功能,并提示其对动脉粥样硬化的发生具有一定的预防作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To determine the effects of dietary nucleotides(NT)on serum lipids in hyperlipidemic rats.Methods 60 healthy male SD rats were divided into 5 groups,which were normal control(NC)group, hyperlipidemic model control(HC)group and 0.04,0.16,0.64g/kgbw NT groups,NT were orally administered by gavage to rats in NT groups for 45 consecutive days(1ml/100gbw per day),and the control rats were given vehicle only,all animals except NC rats were fed with a high fat diet.The levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)were measured.Result the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC) in 0.04,0.16,0.64g/kgbw NT groups were 3.14±1.45mmol/L,3.65±1.58mmol/L、3.14±1.70mmol/L respectively,the groups of 0.04 and 0.64g/kgbw had significantly lower level than that in HC group(4.26±1.96mmol/L);triglyceride(TG)levels in 0.64g/kgbw NT group(0.72±0.38mmol/L)were reduced significantly compared with that in HC group(1.29±0.49mmol/L);the low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)levels in each groups didn’t have significant difference.Conclusion Dietary nucleotides should have lipid-lowing effects,and might play a preventive role in hyperlipi-demia.
