【摘要】 天然α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂在糖尿病饮食疗法中具有重要的作用,开发含天然α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的降血糖功能性食品及降糖功能性食品配料具有广泛的应用前景。本文从食疗的角度出发,对天然α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的动物、植物、微生物及食品等不同来源及相关研究进展进行了总结,并对天然α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂的应用研究现状进行了分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Owing to the important role of naturalα-glucosidase inhibitor for the dietary therapy of diabetes,it might be a great potential prospect to develop the functional food or functional food ingredients for diabetic patients using the naturalα-glucosidase inhibitor as functional factor.From the viewpoint of dietary therapy,the current review is about to summarize the research progress of the naturalα-glucosidase inhibitor sources,including from animals,plants,foods and microorganisms.Furthermore,the application researching situation of the naturalα-glucosidase inhibitor was also been analyzed.更多还原
