樱桃软腐病原菌的分离鉴定和特性分析

【摘要】 在大连栽培樱桃贮藏时发现一种真菌性软腐病害,常温下2-4天导致全果腐烂。本试验对樱桃软腐病原菌进行了分离鉴定、回接试验和致软腐作用试验,并进行了生长特性研究和纳他霉素抑制作用试验。结果表明:回接试验证实它导致樱桃软腐病。同时对葡萄、苹果、油桃、橘子和梨等水果也有致软腐作用。在光学显微镜下菌丝无隔膜,有孢囊孢子和假根。假根相对处向上长出孢囊梗,孢囊梗直立,2~4根蔟生,暗褐色,顶端单生孢子囊.孢子囊球形或近球形。生长温度范围10℃~30℃;生长pH范围2.5~10。形态和生长特性表明该菌应归属于毛霉科(Mucoraceae),根霉属,匍枝根霉(Rhizopusstolonifer)。8ppm的纳他霉素可以抑制匍枝根霉生长,提示纳他霉素作为该菌抑制剂的可能性。

【Abstract】 A soft-rot diseases by fungi which cause the whole fruit rot in three to four days at room temperature were found during storage of cherry(cerasus pseudocerasus)in Dalian.In this study,the pathogen that makes cherry soft rot was isolated,identified,and analyzed by etiological,morphological and bacteriological tests.It’s growth characteristics and inhibited effect by Natamycin was also detected.Results showed that this pathogen caused soft-rot disease on cherry,as well as on grape,apple,nectarine,orange and pear.It has nonseptate hypha,sporangiospore under light microscope.It can grow within 10℃to 30℃,at pH2.5 to 10.It belongs to Rhizopus stolonifer,Mucoraceae on the basis of its morphology and growth characteristics. Greater than 8ppm of Natamycin can inhibit its growth,which indicate the possibility that Natamycin used as the inhibitor.
