一种提高疏浚淤泥固化性能的方法——酒精处理

【摘要】 固化是疏浚淤泥资源化利用的主要方式,但疏浚淤泥中有机质含量较高时会严重影响其固化效果,因此提出使用酒精溶液对疏浚淤泥进行前处理以降低其有机质含量,从而提高其固化性能。以武汉南湖淤泥为例,通过单因素试验和响应面法中的Box-Benhnken试验得到作用时间,酒精浓度及液固比是其主要影响因素;酒精处理最佳条件为:处理时间47min、酒精浓度41%、液固比54:1,相应有机物去除率为51.12%。对淤泥原样和酒精处理后的淤泥进行无侧限抗压试验,试验结果表明,经酒精处理后,南湖淤泥抗压强度有了明显的提高。
【Abstract】 Solidification is the main way of dredged silt utilization,but high content of organic matter will influence its curing effect,so the method,which used ethanol solution to treat dredged silt,was put forward to reduce organic content and improve the solidification property of dredged silt.Taking the silt of South Lake in Wuhan as an example,we received an exciting result through single factor experiments and BoxBenhnken experiments,which action time,alcohol concentration and ratio of liquid to solid were the main factors of the treatment.The best conditions were as follows:action time of 47 min,ethanol concentration of 46%,and ratio of liquid to solid of 54:1,and the corresponding removal rate was 51.12%.Finally,the unconfined compression experiment results showed that compressive strength of silt from South Lake has a remarkable improvement after being treated with ethanol solution.
