基于ABAQUS的真空预压全过程有限元模拟

【摘要】 目前围海造陆吹填土的厚度已由早期的2m左右增加到10m左右,对早期的真空预压工艺也有较大的改进,通常要历经浅层人工插板、一次真空预压、吹砂铺膜、深层插板、二次真空预压、填土堆载、真空-堆载预压等复杂工况。为了在规划设计阶段对地基加固效果进行评估,需要在施工前对地基处理过程的孔压消散情况和地基沉降等情况进行预测。传统的设计计算无法对如此复杂的工况的加固效果进行评估。本文采用有限元软件首次将某油罐地基由围海造陆到加固完成的施工全过程进行模拟,分析了不同施工阶段的相互影响,预测的沉降和孔压发展过程与实测结果吻合较好,为设计提供了可靠的依据,为今后类似工程借鉴。
【Abstract】 At present the vacuum preloading processes have large improvement with the thickness of the Reclamation fillings increasing from 2 m to 10 m.They are complex conditions including the spiling shallow prefabricated vertical drain(PVD),the first vacuum preloading,the blowing sand and laying plastic film,deep PVD,second vacuum preloading,the fill loading,vacuum-fill loading and so on.In order to evaluate effect of foundation reinforcement in the planning and design stage,it is necessary to forecast dissipation of pore water pressure and foundation settlement in the foundation reinforcement process.The complex condition can’t be simulated by the traditional method.A new way to simulate all the oil tank foundation vacuum preloading processes and analysis influence of different construction stages with Finite Element Method is put forward.The case study indicates that the numerical results agree well with actual measurement,which will supplv reference to the similar project.
