【摘要】 随着经济社会高速发展,太湖流域水污染问题日益凸显,水污染已成为制约流域范围内经济、社会发展的重要问题。本文针对太湖流域范围内江、浙、沪三地,采用问卷调查和社会访谈的方式,对三地流域机构、地方政府部门、地方职能部门、地方企业以及社会公众进行调查,研究太湖流域水污染治理体制中出现的问题,从太湖流域水污染合作治理的组织体系、执行机制和法制健全与公众参与方面构建太湖流域水污染合作治理模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Water pollution of Tai Lake basin has increased with the rapid development of economic society,and has became the most important restriction of economic and social development in the basin.The article mainly based on Jiangsu province as well as Zhejiang and Shanghai province by means of questionnaire and social visits,investigate basin authority,local government,enterprises and public,analyze the problems construct the cooperative government models of Tai Lake basin from the aspect of organization system, execution mechanism,legal system and public participation.更多还原
