武汉市区内涝易发风险区划
Risk Regionalization of Waterlogging Easy to Happen inDowntown Wuhan

【摘要】 以典型泵站历史内涝数据和降雨资料,验证确认了武汉市区平均径流系数。以汇水流域管网数据和径流系数,计算了武汉市区分汇水流域、分历时的临界致灾雨量。在推算了不同短历时、不同重现期极端雨量基础上,以基于GIS的暴雨淹没模型,模拟了市区10年一遇、30年一遇的3小时、6小时、12小时的五级暴雨内涝易发风险区,用实际内涝点对区划的结果进行了验证,准确率达80%以上。模拟了三个常用等级短时暴雨易发风险区,以GIS技术,按三个等级短时暴雨对98个内涝点进行易发风险区划,绘制了三个等级短时暴雨内涝易发风险区划图。结果可用于城市内涝易发风险预警。
【Abstract】 The urban average runoff coefficient was testified by using historical waterlogging data from a typical municipal pumping station and rainfall data.Thresholds rainfall lead to disaster was calculated in catchment valley and duration by using drainage network parameters and runoff coefficient.The 5 levels rainstorm waterloggingrisk areas were simulated in3h、6h、12h with 10 year frequency and 30 year frequency in downtownwuhan by using the GIS-based storm flooded model after extreme rainfall was calculated in the differentshort duration and the different return period,theoutcome was verified with real waterlogging data,that theaccuracy rate was up 80 percent.The heavy rain waterlogging risk areas easy to happen were simulated for 3 frequently-used short-range heavy rainrate,and 98 real waterlogging spots were devided into 3 risk levelsand the risk areas and risk points charts were drawed by using GIS technology.The results can be used in urban waterlogging early warning.
