新疆“百里、三十里风区”铁路沿线设计风速研究

【摘要】 为使通过新疆"百里、三十里风区"的铁路抗风达到既安全又经济的目标,使用风区内气象站和铁路测风站风资料分析了风速风向的分布规律和两种站之间风速相关,采用极值Ⅰ型分布推算确定了铁路沿线合理的设计风速。研究结果为:(1)新疆百里和三十里风区平均风速和十分钟平均最大风速的最大站点分别是达坂城和十三间房,年平均风速分别为6.1m/s和5.4m/s,十分钟平均最大风速分别为33m/s和37.6m/s。风区春夏季风速较大,冬秋季较小,各站平均风速最大月与最小月风速差异显著,十分钟平均最大风速较大站点各月平均风速差异不显著,风速较小站点各月平均风速差异显著。(2)最大值风速的风向以偏北风和偏西风居多,多出现在春季,两大风区内十分钟平均最大风速的最多风向为偏东风、偏北风和偏西风,与最大值风速的风向不尽相同,其中十三间房风向最集中,乌鲁木齐风向最为分散。(3)新疆百里和三十里风区铁路测风站风速与附近气象站风速有较好相关性,两者的线性回归方程拟合效果最好,铁路沿线10min最大风速序列能够用气象站10?min最大风速推算获得;经柯尔莫哥洛夫检验,推算各站设计风速的极值Ⅰ型分布的适合度达到显著水平,对各站风速应用极值Ⅰ型分布,能够计算得到合理的设计风速。(4)三十里风区的天山站、百里风区的猛进东站50年一遇设计风速是两风区最大值,其分别是42.0ms和39.4m/s,天山站和猛进站瞬时风速最大,分别是56.6m/s和54.8m/s,其余铁路沿线的设计风速和最大瞬时风速以两站为中心递减。每个站点设计风速应用范围是从站点到相邻站点距离的一半。

【Abstract】 Based the wind data of weather observed station and railway wind observed station in the Baili and Sanshili wind area of Xinjiang,the spatial distribute of wind speed and wind direct is analyzed,and the correlation between railway station wind speed and weather observed station wind speed is analyzed also.the design wind speed is educed by applying the NO.I distribution curve of extreme value frequency.The results are showed as follow:the average wind speed and the max average of 10 minutes wind speed of Shisanjianfang and Dabancheng are biggest in their own wind area,their average annual wind speeds are 5.4 m/s and 6.1 m/s respectively,their max average of 10 minutes wind speed are 37.6 m/s and 33 m/s respectively;In these two wind area,the wind speed is bigger in spring and summer,while it is smaller in autumn an winter;The month different of average wind speed is significant in all stations. The month different of max average of 10 minutes wind speed is significant whose max average of 10 minutes wind speed is small,while it is not significant in the stations whose wind speed is big;The directs of max average of 10 minutes wind speed are near east,near north,near west,these wind directs are different from the direct of the maximum wind speed,the direct of the max average of 10 minutes wind speed is most concentrative in Shisanjianfang,while it is most dispersive in Urumqi;By applying the exponential formula of wind variation with height,all the wind speed of railway wind observed station is revised to the speed at 10 m height which is same as the height of wind in weather observed station,The wind speed line fitting performance of regress equation is best between railway observed station and weather observed station,so the max wind speed of railway wind observed station can be induced by the regress equation,the NO.I distribution curve of extreme value frequency is established for calculating design wind speed,and the fitness of the curve is good verified by applying Kolmogorov test,and the design wind speed of railway station can be calculated by the induced max wind speed of weather observed station and NO.I distribution curve of extreme value frequency.The 50 a return design wind speed of Tianshan station and Menjindong station are biggest in own wind area,they are 42.0 m/s and 39.4 m/s respectively,theinstance wind speed of Tianshan station and Menjin station are biggest in own wind area,they are 56.6 m/s and 54.8 m/s respectively,the instance wind speed and the 50 a return design wind speed of the other stations descend around the two stations;The applying range of a station design wind speed is half of the length between the station and another station that border on the station.All the results are scientific gist of safe and economized railway wind resistant design.
