一次强雷击的空气冲击波引发灾害分析

【摘要】 本文对2010年9月13日发生在浙江省中部的义乌城区附近一幢楼房室内隔墙倒塌灾害,从雷暴和雷电强度、空气冲击波原理、隔墙墙体的牢固度等方面进行详细分析,认为室内的隔墙未作有效加固处理,无一定的抗震能力,是隔墙倒塌的内因;当天的10级大风所产生的风压,对隔墙倒塌具有一定压力影响,但雷暴云团强度强,雷电的负闪电流强度达到416.798KA,远远超过一般雷灾强度100-200KA的值,在近距离的雷电放电造成的空气冲击波,对隔墙倒塌起引发作用是主要因素;强雷电发生之前,可以从雷达回波的组合反射率强度、回波顶高、垂直累积液态水含量和大气电场等资料间接判断出其强度,强雷电发生于强雷达回波高值回落之后;闪电定位的电流强度超高值发生次数符合实际,与实际最强闪击的时间和地点具有一定误差;强雷击发生之前的大气中已存在足够强的电场,超过5KV/m,具备强雷暴发生的电场;场强值变化率极大处可作为实际强雷电发生的时刻。

【Abstract】 On September 13,2010,an indoor partition wall of a building collapsed in Yiwu City,Zhejiang Province.In this paper,the intensity of thunderstorms and lightning,air shock wave theory,the solidity of partition wall,are used to analyze the collapse in detail.Being lack of seismic capacity as the wall reinforcement was not effective is the internal cause,and a force 10 wind pressure on that day had a certain impact on it.Most important of all,strong thunderstorm with negative lightning flow intensity 416.798 KA which was far more than the general disaster strength of 100-200 KA is the major factor.The air shock wave from lightning discharge at short range caused wall collapsed.Before the thunder occurred,it can be estimated indirectly from the radar echo’s intensity of composite reflectivity,echo top height,vertical accumulation of liquid water content and atmospheric electric field,etc.Strong thunder happened after the high value of strong radar echo.Also the frequency of the current intensity high value from the lightning location conformed to reality,but there are some errors of the strongest attack time and place from reality.However,there was already enough strong electric field over 5KV/m reached strong thunderstorm electric field before the strong lightning.Besides,the moment that maximum change of the electric field value happened can be used as the real time when the strong thunder occurred.
