【摘要】 通过对宿州、砀山等地1981～2011年烟幕等资料的分析,探寻淮北地区烟幕现象形成和维持的气象条件、不同年代烟幕现象的差异,以及烟幕现象与社会发展水平的关系等。不同的年代,秸杆的用途有所不同:1988年以前,秸杆主要用作燃料和饲料;1989～2004年,其燃料、饲料的作用日益弱化,而逐渐成为当地造纸的主要原材料;2005年以后,随着造纸企业的大批关停以及部分作业手的不作为等,焚烧秸杆成了"最简单"的处理方式,但污染空气、危害交通及航空安全、破坏土壤结构等问题随之出现,且日益突出。为此,笔者提出政府高度重视,科研单位加快成果推广,农民、作业手积极配合,拓宽秸秆利用渠道和提升机械功能等建议,供有关部门参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Through analyzing data of smoke screen,the author finds out meteorological conditions for the formation and maintenance of smoke screen,difference of smoke screen in different ages,and relations between smoke screen and social development level in Huaibei area.The use of crop straw varies in different ages:it is used as fuel and feed before 1988;instead of that,it becomes raw material for local papermaking between 1989 and 2004;after 2005,as papermaking enterprises bankruptcy and operational omission,the "simplest" processing method for crop straw is burning.However,the problems of air pollution,harmfulness to transport and aviation,destroy of oil structure are increasingly outstanding.Therefore,the author puts forward some suggestions that government should attach great importance;scientific research institutions spread achievements;farmers’ coordination;the ways of straw utilization should be widen and mechanical function would be promoted.更多还原
