【摘要】 居住气候环境在住宅小区建设中越来越受到人们的重视。在高品质住宅小区,良好的居住气候环境已成为房产销售的重要宣传内容,开展住宅气候环境分析也逐渐备受欢迎。本文采用将常规气候资料与低空探测、数值模拟结果相结合的方法,对杭州市一规划住宅小区开展了气候和气象环境综合评价工作,阐述了住宅小区的气候背景,对比分析了小区的局地性气象环境,并揭示了小区建成后其温度和风场的变化特征,从而为小区的建设提供了气候资源趋利避害的参考性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 More attention is given to climate condition in residence community construction,and a pleasant climate is also an important item for propagandizing in up-market residential areas,so analysis and assessment of climatic environment has become popular in residential constructions. Linking routine climate data and low-altitude detecting data with numerical simulation,this study synthetically estimated the climatic environment of residence community which lied in Hangzhou city. By narrating climate background,detailed analyzing local meteorology condition,and revealing the distribute patterns of temperature and wind fields after residence community is constructed,this paper provided the constructive suggestion which could help to promote favorable and avoid unfavorable for using climate resource in constructing process of residence community.更多还原
