【摘要】 针对我国北方多数中、小城市水资源极度紧缺并快速趋向水危机的严峻态势,本研究申请立项,对有代表性的晋中市城区雨水资源开发利用进行试验研究。本研究的主要内容和关键技术为:城区雨水收集、储存、资源化利用及防洪(防内涝)系统工程研究;选定示范小区对雨水资源化利用进行具体工程设计、施工试验;选定户型雨水收集、储蓄和利用示范试验;对城区地下管网雨、污分流技术改造试验和城区雨水利用科学管理机制研究等。通过近3年来的试验研究,初步总结出如下结论:雨水资源为城市第二水资源是不争事实,开发利用势在必行,大有可为;城市雨水资源开发利用必须在政府的直接领导下,进行统一规划设计和实施才能取得预期的经济、社会、生态效益;城市雨水资源开发利用须向产业化方向发展;城市雨水资源开发利用要以制定法规和科学管理做保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 In view of the majority in the north,small urban water shortage and extremely rapid trend of the severe water crisis situation,the application of this study project,the representative of Jinzhong City water resources development and utilization of a pilot study.This study of the main content and key technologies for:City rainwater collection,storage,use of resources and flood prevention(anti-waterlogging) systems engineering;selected demonstration area on the use of water resources for specific project design,construction testing;selected apartment Rainwater harvesting,savings and the use of the Model test;City of underground pipe network rain,sewage diversion technological transformation of urban water testing and use of science and research management mechanism.Over the past three years through the pilot study,the preliminary conclusions summarized as follows:water resources for urban water resources in the second is an indisputable fact,the development and utilization is imperative,promising,urban development and utilization of water resources must be under the direct leadership of the Government,Unified planning and design and implementation to achieve the expected economic,social and ecological benefits of urban water resources development and utilization of industry to develop in the direction of urban development and utilization of water resources should formulate laws and regulations to protect and scientific management.更多还原
