“718”济南短时特大暴雨中尺度环境场特征分析

【摘要】 2007年7月18日济南市出现1小时降水量超过150mm的短时特大暴雨,本文利用济南市齐河站CINRAD-SA逐6分钟雷达基数据资料、济南市章丘探空站逐6小时L波段高空探测资料、FY-2C卫星逐30分钟红外亮温(TBB)和可见光云图资料、我国高空地面常规和加密观测资料以及山东省自动站逐10分钟加密观测资料等,对该次短时特大暴雨过程中的中尺度系统发生发展演变特征进行诊断分析。结果表明:冷锋、地面中尺度辐合线作为抬升条件触发和加强对流;高CAPE值标志着大气的强热力不稳定性;边界层辐合线和逆风区的存在增强了垂直运动,有利于中小尺度强回波的维持和发展;对流风暴的缓慢移动是造成济南降水如此之大的重要原因之一;降水前,弱的垂直风切变为暴雨区积聚能量,降水时,强风垂直切变有利于风暴的发展加强和维持,这些对降水都起到增幅作用。
【Abstract】 By used Qihe six-minutely CINRAD-SA radar basedata,six-hourly L-wave range sounding data,half-hourly FY-2C satellite infrared TBB and visible cloud chart data,conventional and intensive observation data,and ten-minutely automatic weather station data,the initialization and development characteristics of meso-scale convective systems about the Jinan flash flood producing rainstorms have been investigated in the heavy rainstorms event on 18 July 2007.The results indicate that cold front and ground meso-scale convergence line triggered and intensified convection;The high CAPE value indicates strong thermal instability;Also,both the boundary-layer convergence line and anti-wind area enhance vertical motion,which is favorable to the maintenance and development of micro-scale and meso-scale echo;Slow movement of convective storm is one of the important reasons for the heavy-rainfall;Besides,the weak vertical shear is available for energy accumulation wind shear before rain,while the strong vertical wind shear is available for strengthen and maintain of storm in the heavy rainstorm event.All of them enhance precipitation.
