【摘要】 本文从庐山降水特征、应急预案流程、服务组织与机制、中短期预报、短时临近预报、服务技巧和服务总结等方面,通过庐山两次国际性会议气象保障服务个例分析,提炼出庐山重大社会活动气象保障服务的基本思路与做法。结果表明:深入研究本地区天气活动规律和气候特征是基础;建立健全完善气象保障服务应急预案流程是条件;充分发挥现代化气象装备的作用和长中短临预报相结合是手段;认真负责紧贴服务讲究技巧是关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of such aspects as precipitation feature in LuShan,a flow of a meet emergency pre-scheme , service organize and mechanism,mid-and short forecast, approaching forecast, service skill and service summary, through analysis on the case of weather service for two international sessions, a basic think and practice on weather service for important social activities in LuShan were extracted , it shows that to study deeply on the local weather activity discipline and climatic feature is a foundation,to perfectly establish a meet emergency pre-scheme of weather service is a condition,to give full play to effect of modern weather equipment and to combine long-, mid- and short forecast is a method,and To Cling service with exquisite skill and chariness and responsibility is key。更多还原
