【摘要】 通过对多普勒雷达二级产品数据资料解读,可得到台站预警责任区的雷达产品相关信息;对雷达产品相关信息进行筛选后,确定责任区内是否有突发天气出现,并形成突发天气预警提醒指令;突发天气预警提醒指令通过短信服务网关实现预警的发布。本项目研究内容特别适合于非多普勒雷达主站用于自动发布预警提醒信息,提醒相关专业人员及时采取应对措施,是对多普勒天气雷达联防机制的一种重要补充方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Information of product relating to warning area of responsibility to observatory was obtained by interpreting data of doppler radar product.Product information on the radar was filtrated to determine whether there is a sudden weather in the region and the reminding instructions was produced.The reminding instructions to sudden weather was promulgated through SMS Gateway.The researching is particularly suitable for non-doppler radar station to issue reminding information , and all of the operations are automatic.The reminding information reminds the relevant professionals to take timely measures to deal with.This automatic way to remind is an important supplement to defense mechanism of doppler weather radar.更多还原
