聚酰胺乳胶在砌筑砂浆中的性能试验研究
Experimental Research on Shop Characteristic of Mortar with Polyamide Latex

【摘要】 外墙的裂缝和渗漏是建筑工程中不容忽视的普遍质量问题,普通砌筑砂浆在抗收缩能力上的缺陷是主要原因。在砌筑砂浆中掺入不同量的聚酰胺乳胶,并就和易性、干缩性能及力学性能等方面进行对比试验,本文全面分析了该实验结果,并得出结论:这种乳胶能够有效控制砌筑砂浆的收缩开裂,并能大大改善砂浆的和易性,应用于外墙砌筑砂浆,可成功解决裂缝和渗漏问题。
【Abstract】 Crack and seepage of exterior wall are commonly concerned problems in civil engineering,which are mainly due to the poor shrink-resisting ability of traditional masonary mortar.Different amount of polyamide latex was added into masonary mortar to test and compare their workability,dry shrinkage,and mechanical properties.The result shows that this kind of latex can not only prevent masonry mortar from contracting and fracturing but also greatly improve the workability of mortar.Therefore,the problem of fracturing and seepage of exterior wall can be solved if the latex is applied to masonary mortar.
