【摘要】 热带农业是我国热区重要的支柱产业,是热区人民生活的重要来源,在我国农业生产体系中占有十分重要的地位。研究我国热区农产品质量安全体系对于保障热区农产品安全生产和放心消费、农业结构战略性调整、促进农业可持续发展和提高农产品国际竞争力、增加农民收入等方面均具有重要意义。本文详细分析了我国热区农产品质量安全体系的现状,指出热区农产品质量安全体系存在的问题主要有机制不健全、体系不完善、风险评估刚起步、科技支撑不强等,最后从加强领导、健全制度、完善体系、创新关键技术等方面提出热区农产品质量安全体系建设的思路及对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tropical agriculture,which is an important source in our life,plays an important role in production system in our tropical area.It is necessary that system for quality safety of agricultural product in our tropical area is studied to guard the safety for production and consummation of agricultural products,adjusting strategically the organization of agriculture, promoting the sustainable development of agriculture,improving the competitive of agricultural products in international market,increasing the income of farmer and so forth.The present situation of system for quality safety of agricultural products in our tropical area is analyzed in details.The problems including the unsound of mechanism,the imperfect of system,the just started of risk assessment and the poor support of technique in the system for quality safety of agricultural products in our tropical area are put forward.In the end,measures about construction of quality safety of agricultural products in tropical area are provided from the as- pects of the strengthening of leadership,the sound of mechanism,the perfect of system and the innovation of key technique,et al.更多还原
