【摘要】 乙烯利是人工合成的一类植物生长调节剂,具有多种生理功能,广泛用于调节植物生长和促进果实的成熟和着色。如果使用不当会造成食品中的残留,从而危害人类的健康。本文综述了乙烯利原药及食品中乙烯利残留的检测方法,介绍了重量法、滴定法、气相色谱法、液相色谱法、气相色谱质谱法、液相色谱质谱法的研究进展,为进一步开展乙烯利残留检测方法的研究和监测提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ethephon is a synthetic plant growth regulator,which has a variety of physiological functions.It is widely used to regulate the plant growth and to accelerate post - harvest fruit maturation and colouring.However,if it was used improperly,it could cause food contamination and endanger human health.Methods for the determination of ethephon compound and its residues in foods were summarized in this paper.It includes gravimetry,titration,GC, LC,GC-MS and LC-MS and its progress was also discussed.Hence,it will be a good reference for the further research and monitoring of Ethephon residues determination methods.更多还原
