【摘要】 针对河北省农业环境特点,论述了河北省地表水和地下水水质的状况,以及土壤重金属污染现状、农药残留现状和农膜残留现状。对工业"三废"、大气干湿沉降、过量施用农药和化肥、养殖废弃物的排放以及污水灌溉等造成河北省农业环境污染的主要因素进行深入分析,提出水体环境和土壤环境污染的主要来源是工业污染物排放和农业面源污染。因此,在控制工业污染物排放的同时降低农业面源污染,对保证农业环境质量、实现环境友好的农业可持续发展的具有重要意义。针对河北省农业环境存在的问题,提出了加强宣传普及环境保护意识、加强政策法规的完善和制定、加强农业环境污染防控技术研究与示范等应对措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the characteristics of the agricultural environment in Hebei Province, the status of quality of surface water and groundwater, the status of soil heavy metal pollution, pesticide residues and plastic sheeting residues were discussed in Hebei province. The primary influencing facors of agricultural environmental pollution included the industrial "three wastes", atmospheric deposition, excessive application of pesticides and fertilizers, poultry wastes emissions and sewage irrigation, and so on. The facors causing Hebei Province agricultural environmental pollution were analyzed. The industrial pollution emissions and agricultural non-point source pollution are the main source of the water environment and soil environment pollution. Therefore, It was of great importance to reduce agricultural non-point source pollution and control of industrial pollution for decreasing agricultural environmental pollution. It has very significance for the quality assurance of agricultural environment, the sustainable development of agriculture, friendly agricultural environment. Aiming at the existing problems of agricultural environment in Hebei Province, the measures were put forward to strengthen the propaganda and popularization of environmental protection consciousness, strengthen the improvement of policies and regulations, strengthen the research and demonstration of agricultural environmental pollution prevention and control technology.更多还原
