水肥耦合对蔬菜生产及产地环境影响的研究现状

【摘要】 水分和养分在蔬菜体内吸收过程是相对独立的,但对其影响却是紧密联系的,合理施用水肥对蔬菜安全生产和产地土壤环境及性质都起着十分重要的作用。本文综述了水肥耦合的概念以及灌水、施肥、水肥耦合对蔬菜生产及品质的影响,同时介绍了水肥耦合对产地土壤物理性状的影响,并从土壤盐分含量、生物学特性和温室气体排放三方面阐述了其对土壤化学性状的影响,并提出了今后研究方向。
【Abstract】 Nutrients and water are absorbed independent relatively but they are relation to vegetable closely. Water and fertilizer coupling has an important effect on vegetable safety production and soil environment. The concept of water and fertilizer coupling is discussed. The effect of water, fertilizer, fertilizer-water coupling on the growth and quality of vegetable are introduced, describing the consequence to soil environment of physics properties. The salinity of soil, biological properties and emission of greenhouse gases have been summarized to illuminate chemical characters what they bring to. The future research directions are suggested.
