EDTA调控下鱼腥草修复铅锌矿区重金属复合污染土壤的研究

【摘要】 为了探讨鱼腥草对铅锌矿区重金属复合污染土壤中Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd、Cr五种重金属元素的吸收累积特性及其迁移、富集能力,采用土壤盆栽试验探究了外源添加EDTA(0、2、4、8mmol·kg-1)对鱼腥草吸收累积五种重金属的影响,探寻最适EDTA调控浓度。结果表明,2mmol·kg-1EDTA处理,Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd在鱼腥草体内的含量分别达到601.7、305.4、22.31、0.242mg·kg-1,分别为对照的11.6、7.82、2.50、3.08倍,Cr含量28.51mg·kg-1仅为对照的0.17倍;在此EDTA处理浓度下,鱼腥草对Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd的富集系数达最大值,对Pb、Zn、Cu的迁移系数达最大值。适量EDTA的施用可促进鱼腥草根部吸收的Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd向地上部位转运,增强鱼腥草对Pb、Zn、Cu、Cd的吸收富集能力,其中对Pb、Zn的吸收富集能力大于Cu、Cd,但减弱了鱼腥草各部位对Cr的累积能力;2mmol·kg-1EDTA添加对重金属的活化效果优于4mmol·kg-1EDTA的处理,是较为适宜的调控浓度,8mmol·kg-1EDTA对鱼腥草的生长发育有较大毒害作用。
【Abstract】 The experiment was carried out in the soil of combined pollution of various heavy metals in Lead-Zinc Mine of Ganluo to study the accumulation characteristics , transportation and enrichment of lead,zinc,copper,cadmium and chromium in Houttuynia cordata Thunb. And it also did a reaserch on the effect of additive EDTA on mobilization of these five elements in soil and there uptake by Houttuynia cordata Thunb.Finally it gave an determination of the appropriate EDTA concentration fo regulation.The major results are summarized as follows: The content of Pb, Zn, Cu, Cd in the body of Houttuynia cordata Thunb that adding 2 mmol·kg -1 EDTA reached 601.7,305.4,22.31,0.242 mg·kg -1 ,which are 11.6,7.82, 2.50,3.08 times higher than the control , respectively.Cr reached only 28.51 mg·kg -1 ,which is just 0.17 times higher than the control; the maximum enrichment factor of Pb, Zn, Cu, Cd in Houttuynia and Pb, Zn, Cu migration coefficient reaches the maximum value at 2 mmol·kg -1 EDTA. Application of the appropriate amount of EDTA can promote the roots of Houttuynia absorbing Pb, Zn, Cu, Cd to transfer to the aboveground, as well as enhancing the accumulation ability of Houttuynia and the enrichment capability of Pb , Zn are greater than Cu, Cd .In Contrary,2 mmol·kg -1 EDTA weake the cumulative capability of Cr in the Houttuynia . 2 mmol·kg -1 EDTA adding effects of mobilization of heavy metals is better than 4mmol·kg -1 EDTA .And the level of 2 mmol·kg -1 EDTA is the appropriate concentration for regulation. The level of 8 mmol·kg -1 EDTA is quite harmful to the plant.
