除草剂阿特拉津胁迫对皇竹草生长的影响
Effects of Atrazine Stress on Growth of Pennisetum hydridum

【摘要】 本文通过盆栽试验,研究了5个阿特拉津浓度(20、50、100、200、500 mg.kg-1)下皇竹草(Pennisetumhydridum)株高、生物量、根冠比和叶绿素含量的变化。结果表明,低浓度的阿特拉津(20、50 mg.kg-1)对皇竹草株高、生物量均无显著影响;中等浓度的阿特拉津(100、200 mg.kg-1)显著降低了皇竹草的生物量,分别降低了34.1%和36.4%,而对株高无显著影响;高浓度的阿特拉津(500 mg.kg-1)对皇竹草生物量和株高均有显著降低的效应,最大降幅分别为40.6%和20.0%;各浓度的阿特拉津对皇竹草根冠比和叶绿素含量影响不显著。皇竹草对阿特拉津胁迫具有较强的耐受力。
【Abstract】 Pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of atrazine stress(20,50,100,200,500 mg.kg-1)on plant height,biomass,root-shoot ratio and chlorophyll content of Pennisetum hydridum.The results indicates that low level of atrazine stress(20,50 mg.kg-1)had no significant effects on plant height and biomass of Pennisetum hydridum.Moderate level of atrazine stress(100,200 mg.kg-1)had no significant effects on plant height,but there were obvious decrease in biomass of Pennisetum hydridum.Biomass of Pennisetum hydridum decreased by 34.1% and 36.4% with atrazine 100 mg.kg-1and 200 mg.kg-1compared with control,respectively.High level of atrazine stress(500 mg.kg-1)significantly decreased in plant height and biomass of Pennisetum hydridum,the maximum decrease ratio 40.6% and 20.0% respectively compared with control.Every level of atrazine stress had no significant effects on root-shoot ratio and chlorophyll content of Pennisetum hydridum.It is suggested that Pennisetum hydridum has strongly tolerance on atrazine stress.
