丁硫克百威在土壤-香蕉中的残留特征研究

【摘要】 采用田间试验方法研究丁硫克百威及其降解产物在土壤和香蕉中的残留特征,按每株香蕉以灌根方式兑水施用1.875、3.75、7.5 mL的20%丁硫克百威乳油,应用气相色谱法测定丁硫克百威及其降解产物的含量。结果表明:丁硫克百威及其降解产物在土壤中降解较快,其半衰期为6.0~7.8 d。施药后第28 d时,丁硫克百威和克百威都未检出,而3-羟基克百威残留量低于0.1mg.kg-1。施药后第7 d时,在香蕉中未检出丁硫克百威及其降解产物。丁硫克百威属于易降解农药。

【Abstract】 A farmland experiment was conducted to study the residual dynamics of carbosulfan and its toxic metabolites in soil and banana,respectively.The banana garden was douched with carbosulfan 20% EC using the doses of 1.875,3.75,7.5 mL in soil of banana rhizosphere.The residues of carbosulfan and its toxic metabolites in soil and banana were determined by GLC.Results of study showed that carbosulfan and its toxic metabolites dissipated rapidly from soil.Its half-lives on soil were 6.0~7.8 days.The final residues of the carbosulfan,carbofuran and 3-hydroxycarbofuran were ND,ND and <0.1 mg.kg-1in soil at 28 days after application,respectively.It was found that the final residues was ND in banana at 7 days after application.Therefore,it may be concluded that carbosulfan is a non-persistent pesticide.
