融雪剂对3种冷季型草坪草种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

【摘要】 融雪剂在城市道路绿化植被中的积累对植物生长的影响已日益凸现。本研究以早熟禾、黑麦草和白三叶3种冷季型草坪草种子为试验材料,探究融雪剂胁迫对种子发芽、幼芽和幼根生长的影响,并测定幼苗生长过程中相对含水率、质膜相对透性、丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量及过氧化物酶(peroxidases,POD)活性的变化。结果表明:随着融雪剂处理浓度的增加,融雪剂胁迫对3种草坪草种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制作用增强。3种草坪草对融雪剂胁迫的耐受能力大小依次为:黑麦草>早熟禾>白三叶。黑麦草、早熟禾和白三叶的耐受临界值分别为6.25~9.61 g.L-1、4.99~6.17 g.L-1和1.97~3.11 g.L-1,极限值分别为12.89~16.85 g.L-1、9.79~12.62 g.L-1和5.71~8.26g.L-1。融雪剂胁迫主要是通过离子毒害效应,抑制草坪草对水分的吸收,破坏质膜结构,增加MDA的积累,但3种草坪草幼苗的抗氧化酶系统均能起到一定的保护作用。
【Abstract】 Widespread use of sodium chloride(NaCl) as deicing salts in Northeastern China results in high concentrations of ions in roadside soils,which decreases plants growth in these areas.The effect of different concentrations of deicing salts on seed germination and growth response of three kinds of cool-season turfgrasses were studied in this paper.The investigation of growth response in the turfgrass seedlings including length of roots and shoots,relative water content,relative conductivity of the plasma membrance,malondialdehyd(MDA) content and peroxidases(POD) activity.The results showed that the inhibition effect of seed germination and growth response in the three kinds of turfgrasses was increased with increasing deicing salts concentration.The deicing salts tolerance was in the sequence Lolium perenne > Poa pratensis > Trifolium repens.The critical values of those were 6.25~9.61 g.L-1,4.99~6.17 g.L-1and 1.97~3.11 g.L-1,respectively.The maximum values were 12.89~16.85 g.L-1,9.79~12.62 g.L-1and 5.71~8.26 g.L-1,respectively.The deicing salts stress mainly inhibited water absorption,disturbed membrane function and induce the accumulation of MDA via ion toxicity effect.However,the antioxidant enzyme systems of the three kinds of turfgrass seedlings played a significant role under the deicing salts stress.
