铅胁迫对高州普通野生稻生理生化的影响

【摘要】 通过盆栽试验,研究了不同土壤铅浓度对高州野生稻生长及叶片生理特性的影响。结果表明:土壤中铅浓度≤3 000 mg·kg-1时,高州野生稻能正常生长且叶色、叶貌差异不显著,有较强的铅耐受能力;随着土壤铅浓度的升高,超氧化物歧化酶活性呈明显的增加趋势,在1 000 mg·kg-1处理下达到最大值且为对照的2.14倍;脯氨酸含量升高;可溶性糖含量在低浓度时升高,高浓度时降低;丙二醛出现先升高后降低的趋势。叶片的气孔导度呈下降趋势,且差异显著;蒸腾速率在低浓度时呈上升趋势,随浓度的加大则下降;叶绿素a、b含量在各处理中都高于对照;低浓度铅对光合速率有促进作用而高浓度则有抑制作用,且高浓度与对照差异不显著。铅在高州野生稻体内积累特征以根系积累为主,将铅运输到地上部的能力较差。

【Abstract】 Effects of different lead concentrations on physiological and biochemical of Gaozhou O.rufipogon were studied with the in pots cultured.The results showed that,when the lead concentration in soil was 3000 mg.kg-1,Gaozhou O.rufipogon could grow regularly,no different in leaf color and appearance which could indicated Gaozhou O.rufipogon had strong tolerance of lead.With the increasing concentrations of lead,physiological indexes of Gaozhou O.rufipogon change different: SOD concentration increase greatly and reached the maximum in1000 mg.kg-1,Pro concentration increased,the content of soluble sugar increased in low concentration and decreased in high concentration,however MDA had different trend.The stomatal of leaves declined,transpiration rate and chlorophyll a,b had the same situation with soluble sugar.Most of lead accumulation in the root system and little transfer into overground part
