铁缺乏对叶用红 菜吸收Cd的影响

【摘要】 本研究采用水培试验的方法研究了铁缺乏对叶用红菜吸收重金属Cd的影响。苗子在Hoagland营养液中培养一个月后,部分苗子进行缺铁处理(营养液中不加元素铁)一周,然后向营养液中添加Cd,浓度设0、1、5、10和20mg·L-15个水平,培养4天后收获。结果表明,铁缺乏促进了叶用红菜对Cd的吸收,生物量的降低,溶液pH降低和溶液Eh升高。在铁缺乏的条件下,由于根际环境的变化,使重金属Cd的生物可利用性提高,所以提高了植物对Cd的吸收。富集系数和转移系数的结果表明,铁缺乏可以促进植物对Cd的提取和转移。本研究的结果对修复土壤重金属污染有重要的意义。
【Abstract】 Soil pollution has been considered as one of the main environmental problems in the world nowadays. Phytoremediation is defined as the use of green plants in removing pollutants from the environment or in rendering them harmless. The objective of this research was to determine the effect of Fe deficiency on the uptake of cadmium (Cd) by leaf red beet (Beta vulgaris var.cicla L.) in hydroponic culture. The seedlings were cultured in Hougland solution for one month. Some seedlings were still in full strength Hoagland’s solution (+Fe),the others were generated in full strength Hoagland’s solutions without Fe (-Fe) for one week. After the seedlings had grown for five weeks,the seedlings were exposed for 4 days at the different Cd concentrations. Treatments were prepared at the concentrations of cadmium 0,1,5,10 and 20 mg·L -1. Results showed that Fe deficiency induced cadmium uptake,biomass decrease and changes of pH and Eh in hydroponic culture. Under Fe-deficiency status,due to the alteration of rhizosphere,it resulted in higher cadmium availability and increased Cd accumulation. Values of the bioconcentration factor (BCF) and the translocation factor (TF) indicated that Fe deficiency induced phytoextraction and transportation of Cd by leaf red beet. The results of this experiment could have important implications for removing pollutants from the environment.
