玉米秸秆去叶装置设计与试验
Design and Experiment on Stem-leaf Separator for Corn Straw

【摘要】 为了使玉米秸秆的叶、皮和髓分别得到高效利用,基于压扁碾搓法原理设计了一种去叶装置。该机能对玉米秸秆进行去叶,主要由压辊机构,剥辊机构、清理机构等组成。采用含水率为21.68%的玉米秸秆对分离装置参数进行了正交试验,结果表明,影响秸秆去叶率的主次因素依次是压辊间隙、剥辊速比和压辊转速。玉米秸秆去叶的优选方案为:压辊转速200r/min,压辊间隙8mm,剥辊速比1.6,在此条件下,去叶率达到92.9%。该机的应用可提高玉米秸秆在人造板、纤维素乙醇、秸秆肥料和饲料等方面应用中原料的均质性。
【Abstract】 For the leaf,bark and pith of corn straw are utilized separately and efficiently,a kind of stem-leaf separator for corn straw was designed based on flatten-robbed method.This separator can separate corn straw into stem and leaf.It consists of press roller mechanism,separation roller mechanism,cleaning mechanism,etc.Orthogonal experiment of stem-leaf separation was conducted by selecting corn straw with a water content of 21.68%.The results showed that the sequence of factors which influence separation efficiency was:gap between press rollers,linear speed ratio between separation rollers and rotate speed of press rollers.The optimal scheme for stem-leaf separation of corn straw was:rotate speed of press rollers,200r/min;gap between press rollers,8mm;linear speed ratio between separation rollers,1.6.Under this condition,the separation rate was 92.9%.This machine can be used to improve homogeneity of material in fields of straw fiber artificial board,cellulose ethanol,straw fertilizer and feedstuff,etc.
