超微生物质秸秆产氢能力响应面法优化研究

【摘要】 为了优化超微生物质秸秆产氢工艺,提高产氢能力,本文对影响超微生物质秸秆光合产氢的主要因素进行了正交试验研究,获得了温度、光照、底物浓度、接种量四因素与产氢量的数学模型,并进行了两因素及三个因素间的交互效应分析,得出各因素的边际产量都是减小的,温度对边际产量的影响最大,温度越大,边际产量越低;在交互作用中,温度、光照的交互作用最大,其次温度和底物浓度;采用Matlab软件编程计算得出产氢量最高时各因素最优组合为温度33℃,光照强度3500Lx,接种量25%,底物浓度55g/L。此研究为超微生物质秸秆产氢的工艺改进及设备优化设计提供了参考依据。
【Abstract】 Influencing factors of ultramicro straw photosynthetic bacteria hydrogen production was studied by orthogonal test,by which mathematical model between four factors and hydrogen production was got,and two factors and three factors interactions were analyzed.The results showed that marginal production all decreased,and the influence of temperature on the marginal production was the largest.The interaction between temperature and illumination was the largest,followed by interaction between temperature and substrate concentration.According to matlab software,33℃ temperature,3500 Lx illumination,25% inoculation and 55 g/L substrate concentration was optimalizing for the photosynthetic bacteria hydrogen production with ultramicro straw.This study provided a reference on process improvement and equipment optimization design of ultramicro straw hydrogen production.
