不同原料配比对餐饮废弃物高温厌氧发酵的影响

【摘要】 为研究不同原料配比对餐饮废弃物高温厌氧发酵的影响,根据对杨凌区餐饮废弃物有机组分的检测结果,模拟等质量餐饮废弃物不同水平配比的处理组合,在高温(55℃)条件下,采用农业部西北沼气分中心自行设计的厌氧发酵装置,考察了全部处理组的产气量、产气率和甲烷含量变化规律。结果表明:不同处理组间的产气特性差异明显。发酵启动阶段第6组产气量最高,累计产气5410mL,第11组最低,累计产气3150mL;第3组甲烷含量最高,为16.7%,第29组最低,为1.3%。整个发酵过程第10组的总产气量、产气率和稳定产气阶段甲烷含量最高,分别为8400mL、140.94mL/gTS和49.9%,相应最低值分别为4415mL(第11组)、90.37mL/gTS(第14组)和0%(8个停止产气组)。因此,合理调控发酵原料的初始配比,可以实现对餐饮废弃物资源的最大化利用。
【Abstract】 To achieve more efficiency of food waste’s utilization,the organic ingredients of food waste in Yangling were tested to determine factors and levels of the experiments.The experiments were carried out at 55℃ and conducted in self-manufactured anaerobic equipment.The total biogas production,biogas production rate and CH4 content were tested.The results show that characteristics of biogas production in different groups are significant.In the 1~3 days of the anaerobic digestion,the accumulative biogas production of group 6 was highest(5 410mL)and group 11 was lowest(3 150mL).The CH4 content of group 3 was highest(16.7%)and the group 29 was lowest(1.3%).In all days of the anaerobic digestion,the total biogas production,biogas production rate and CH4 content of group 10(8 400 mL,140.94 mL/gTS,49.9%)were the maximum,while the minimum were 4 415 mL(group 11),90.37 mL/gTS(group 14),0%(eight groups of none biogas production).This study provided a good reference for the optimum utilization of food waste.
