气调保鲜运输厢内环境因素间耦合关系影响试验

【摘要】 为掌握液氮充注气调保鲜运输环境因素间的耦合关系,搭建了气调运输保鲜环境调控试验平台。通过试验分别研究了制冷、加湿、液氮充注气调、换气等调节过程对保鲜环境中温度、湿度、氧气浓度、二氧化碳浓度等参数的影响。结果表明:液氮充注气调在快速降低氧气浓度的同时,对温度和湿度影响均较大;制冷在降低温度的同时,对湿度影响较大;加湿在改变湿度的同时,对气体成分和温度影响较小;换气对气体成分影响较大。研究结果为开展气调运输保鲜环境综合调控提供了参考。
【Abstract】 In order to realize the environmental factors coupling effect in fresh-keeping transportation with controlled atmosphere,an environmental control test-bed was built for it.Test the regulation process such as refrigeration,humidification,controlled atmosphere and air renewal impact on the temperature,humidity,oxygen concentration,carbon dioxide concentration of the fresh-keeping environmental.Some relationships were found.Liquid nitrogen filling controlled atmosphere could bring down the oxygen concentration quickly;and its effect on temperature and humidity is obvious.Refrigeration has a great impact on the humidity,while bringing down the temperature.Humidification,while changing the humidity,has little impact on the gas composition and temperature.Air renewal has great influence on the gas composition.The results could provide a reference for the integrated control strategy of fresh-keeping transportation with controlled atmosphere.
