苜蓿干燥技术进展研究

【摘要】 苜蓿具有很高的营养价值,有"牧草之王"的美誉。干燥加工是苜蓿产业精深加工主要方式之一,选择合适的苜蓿干燥工艺,是保证在苜蓿干燥时既能提高干燥效率,又能获得较高干燥品质的基础,因此关于苜蓿干燥技术进展的研究对苜蓿产业的发展具有很重要的意义。为此,综述了近年来苜蓿干燥技术的种类、技术原理、常用的苜蓿干燥方法及其优缺点,并对国内外研究现状进行阐述,分析研究了我国苜蓿产业存在的问题以及发展趋势,结果表明,开发节能环保新干燥技术和自动化、连续化生产工艺、设备及产品多元化开发,综合利用是我国苜蓿产业的主要发展方向,旨在为苜蓿产业的发展提供参考和引导。
【Abstract】 Alfalfa has a high nutritional value,which is known as "the king of the grass".Alfalfa drying process is one of the main ways of deep processing industry.Alfalfa drying progress must be suitable in order to guarantee drying efficiency and quality of the alfalfa.It is very important about the research of alfalfa drying technology progress for the development of industry of alfalfa.So the types of alfalfa drying technology,alfalfa drying technology principle,alfalfa drying common method and advantages and disadvantages were summarized in this paper.Besides,current situation of domestic and foreign research,the existing problems and development trend of the alfalfa industry were analyzed.The result indicates that the main directions of alfalfa industry are energy-saving and environmental drying technology,automatic and continuous production technology,diversified development of equipments and comprehensive utilization in China.Reference and guide can be provided for the development of alfalfa industry.
