挤压膨化系统参数对水飞蓟素得率影响的试验研究
The study on the effect of the extrusion system parameters on the yield of silymarin

【摘要】 本试验研究了挤压膨化系统参数(挤压温度、喂料速度与螺杆转速之比、物料含水率)对水飞蓟素得率的影响规律。结果表明,获取高水飞蓟素得率的最优挤压条件为:喂转比5.83g/r,套筒温度98.82℃,含水率13.52%,此时水飞蓟素得率最高为4.59%。通过分析得到各因素对水飞蓟素得率的影响程度由大到小依次为:物料含水率、喂转比、套筒温度。
【Abstract】 The influencing law of the extraction system parameters(extrusion temperature,the ratio of feeding speed to rotational speed,moisture content of material)on the ratio of silymarin yield was studied on in the experiment.Results revealed that the yield of silymarin reached the highest 4.59% when the ratio of feeding speed to rotational speed was 5.83:1(g/r),the extrusion temperature was 98.82 ℃,and the moisture content of material was 13.52%.The effect degree of every factor on the yield of silymarin by large to small was as follows:the material moisture content,the ratio of feeding speed to rotational speed,temperature of sleeve.
