水稻芽种直播红外播量监控系统的研究

【摘要】 播种时容易因种箱排空、输种管堵塞和排种器故障等原因发生漏播现象,造成农田基本苗不足,从而导致农业减产。因此,播种过程中的实时监控是非常必要的。本文介绍了一种基于红外光电传感器的水稻芽种直播播种过程的监控装置,其工作原理是传感器利用种粒对光线的阻碍作用,将输种管内种子流动的信息变成电信号,单片机实时监测电信号的变化,在出现漏播时通过蜂鸣器和发光二极管进行声光报警,并同时驱动步进电机带动补偿排种器工作进行漏播补偿。本文在实验室对该监控系统进行了种箱排空、输种管堵塞和排种器故障三种情况下的模拟试验。结果表明,该监控系统能够有效的进行漏播报警和补偿,减少了播种机的漏播现象,弥补漏播带来的损失,可达到提高播种质量和播种效率的目的。

【Abstract】 Nowadays,most of the sowing-machines are mechanical machines,the phenomenon of seeding absence is easy appear because of the empty of seed box,blocking of seed pipe and breakdown of seed-throwing machine and so on.Especially for the big sowing-machines which have the advantages of high speed and wide drilling width,once the bugs mentioned before happen,the area of the seeding absence would be great,the result is the reduction of production.So it is necessary to do the study in the real-time monitoring of sowing process.This paper brings forward a infrared sowing monitoring system of rice bud seed direct seeding,the principle of the system is based on photoelectric sensor’s sensitivity to light,the photoelectric sensors monitor the float of the seeds in the seed drop tube and change the information into electrical signal which were sent to MCU.Based on the change of the signal,MCU can give the alarm by light and sound when the phenomenon of a missing seed or blocking happen,meanwhile,it can drive the stepping motor start the compensatory seed-planting device to compensate the leakage sowing.The final result of the experiments which carried out in the laboratory indicates that the whole system works accurately and credibility in the three cases:empty of seed box,blocking of seed pipe and breakdown of seed-throwing machine.It can realize the object of increasing the quality and efficiency of the seed planting.
