基于可见/近红外光谱分析技术的小型西瓜生长期的判别研究

【摘要】 随着人们生活水平的提高,品质优良的小型西瓜越来越受欢迎。小型西瓜的生长期与品质密切相关,基于可见/近红外光谱分析技术的小型西瓜的生长期的判别研究具有重要意义。本文利用便携式可见/近红外光谱仪对不同生长期的小型西瓜进行品质的跟踪监测。采集瓜顶和赤道两个部位的西瓜的漫透射光谱,分别利用偏最小二乘(PLS),主成分回归(PCR),和逐步多元线性回归(SMLR)等方法建立小型西瓜不同部位的生长期的校正模型。由建模效果可知,偏最小二乘模型相关性最好,所建模型的相关系数均在0.9以上,其中瓜顶部位模型的相关系数0.967高于赤道部位模型的相关系数0.902。结果显示,偏最小二乘法为建立小型西瓜生长期模型的最优方法,瓜顶部位为可见/近红外光谱的最佳采集部位。

【Abstract】 As the developing of peoplés living standards,mini-watermelons with good quality are more and more popular.The growing and quality of mini-watermelons are closely related,so the identification of mini-watermelon’s growing based on visible/near-infrared spectroscopy is meaningful.In this paper,a portable visible/near-infrared spectrometer was used for tracking and monitoring the quality of different growth stages’ mini-watermelons,by collecting the diffuse transmission spectra of mini-watermelon at the top position and the equator position,calibration models of growing were constructed by the methods of partial least squares(PLS),principal component regression(PCR)and stepwise multiple linear regression(SMLR).The results of establishing models show that PLS model’s correlation is the best,whose correlation coefficients are above 0.9,the correlation coefficient at the top position’s model is 0.967 which is higher than the correlation coefficient at the equatorial position’s model is 0.902.The results show that PLS is the best method of establishing mini-watermelons’ growing models,the top position is the better visible/near-infrared spectroscopy collection site.
