基于感应与图像标记结合的排种图像拼接技术

【摘要】 针对目前排种器试验台机器视觉技术应用中序列图像拼接环节存在的拍摄速度与胶带运行速度不能自动适应的问题,提出了基于感应标记与图像标记相结合的排种图像拼接技术方案。其中感应标记为以一定间距均匀分在胶带长度方向上的金属片。当标记通过传感器时触发相机拍摄,从而随着胶带的运行拍摄出连续的图像序列,实现了拍摄频率与胶带运行速度的自适应调整。图像标记为一定直径的白色圆形标记,与种子图像一起被相机采集。在对图像标记进行识别与定位的基础上对图像进行裁切,从而实现序列图像的无缝拼接。同时,根据两种标记的工作特点将其有机地结合在一起,进一步简化了系统。本文分析了将两种标记相结合的排种图像拼接技术原理,以及相关的图像处理算法。并对这一技术原理进行了试验验证,结果表明,应用该技术可以满足排种序列图像无缝拼接的要求,并具有结构简单、使用方便,拍摄速度可自动适应的优点。
【Abstract】 In terms of current problems as shooting speed and failed self adaptation of tape operation speed existing in the sequential image joint link of the visual technology application of seeding mechanism test-bed machine,we have come up with a plan of seeding image joint technology based on the combination of inductive mark and image mark.And the inductive mark is the sheet metal which is equably distributed with a certain space in the length direction of the tape.when the mark passes through the sensor,it motivates the camera to shoot,thus continuous image sequences are shot with the operation of the tape,which realizes the self adaptation and self adjustment of shooting frequency and tape operation speed.Furthermore,the image mark is a white round mark with a certain diameter,accumulated together with seeding image by the camera.The image is cut based on the recognition and positioning of image marks,thus realizing seamless joint of sequential images.Meanwhile,the system is further simplified with proper combination of the two marks according to their working characteristics.This thesis analyses the theory of seeding image joint technology which combines the two marks and some relevant image processing computation.The text has also tested and verified the technology theory,the result of which shows that application of this theory can meet the needs of seamless joint of seeding sequential images.Besides,it has the advantages of simple structure,convenient employment and self-adapted shooting speed.
