基于本体的根土系统领域知识模型的构建

【摘要】 土壤与作物地下组织组成的根系土壤系统建模及其动态仿真是数字农业研究的热点领域之一。获取土壤物理因素对作物地下组织构型作用相关的领域知识,构建根土系统领域知识模型,并与作物地下部分的几何模型组合起来,形成新的根系土壤系统模型,模拟分析土壤物理因素对作物地下组织构型的作用,进行在土壤物理因素作用下的根土系统功能动态仿真,探讨土壤对作物地下组织生长作用与作物地下组织构型功能变化的关联关系。本文基于本体构建根土系统领域知识模型,并建立根-土体系领域知识库、作物地下部分组织构型模型库。通过人机交互界面输入初始参数,推理机推理得出决策结果,根据此结果对作物地下组织构型参数进行修正,然后进行动态模拟仿真。以土壤压实作为土壤物理因素的代表,分析其对作物地下组织构型的作用,使用OpenAlea进行模型构建与动态仿真,探讨受土壤压实和作物地下组织构型相关领域知识约束和控制的构型与功能模拟的方法。
【Abstract】 Root-soil system modeling and dynamic simulating is the one of digital agriculture research focus areas.Acquired the domain knowledge on effect of soil physical factors and crop underground part architecture,established root-soil system domain knowledge model,combined with the geometric model of crop underground part,the effect of soil physical factors and crop underground part architecture is simulated,and the association of soil effects on crop growth and crop underground part function is researched.A root-soil system domain knowledge model based on ontology is established.The root-soil system domain knowledge base and the crop underground part architecture model base are created.Obtained the initial parameters through the interactive interface,the inference engine executes the actions and makes the result.Based on this result,the computer corrects crop underground part architecture parameters,and then makes dynamic visual simulation.This experiment takes soil compaction as one external factor,analyzes the effects to crop underground part architecture,and then adopt OpenAlea software to establish the model and achieve a visualized simulation of soil compaction effect on cotton root growth.The architecture and function simulation method is discussed which is constrained and controlled by soil compaction and crop underground part architecture domain knowledge.
