玉米秸整秆压缩打捆青贮关键技术的试验研究

【摘要】 压缩青贮具有高密度、商品化等优点,但也存在成本和压缩能耗较高等问题。根据原料特点,对整秆压缩打捆青贮关键技术进行了研究,提出了主要工艺流程、产品规格和加工标准。研究表明,整秆压缩打捆青贮的规模化处理从技术上是可行,其特点是简便节能,符合规模化生产的要求。试验发现高密度压缩的物料结构及青贮微环境有利于青贮,这对提高青贮质量、降低成本具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Compressed silage has many advantages,such as high density,commercialization and so on,but there are also limits,such as higher costs and energy consumption.According to the characteristics of raw materials,the main technological process,product specifications and process standards of compressed baled silage of whole-plant corn stalk were put forward based on studying of the core techniques.It is showed that large-scale production of compressed baled silage of whole-plant corn stalk is technically feasible.Its advantages are simple,energy-saving and satisfied with the requirements of large-scale production.The results show that material structure with high-density compressed and the silage micro-environment is beneficial to silage.That is meaningful to improve the silage quality and reduce the cost.
