烟草抑芽剂对靶施药系统设计

【摘要】 针对目前烟草抑芽剂施用现状,设计了烟草抑芽剂对靶施药系统,该系统主要由曲柄滑块机构、测速传感器、烟秆检测传感器、步进电机、电磁阀、滑块、滑轨、单向阀、喷管、行程开关、单片机系统等组成。测速传感器可实时检测喷药机械的行走速度,单片机系统根据检测的机械行走速度控制步进电机的转速、根据电磁阀开启时间步进电机的转角,并根据当烟草茎秆检测传感器检测信号的有无控制电磁阀开闭,实现了烟草抑芽剂的对靶喷施。文中对曲柄滑块的各杆长度和滑块运动速度进行了分析计算,并对曲柄滑块机构中各杆长对滑块运动速度的影响进行了仿真分析,结果显示:曲柄长度对滑块运动速度影响明显;连杆长度对滑块运动速度影响较小;曲柄回转中心高度对滑块运动速度影响很最小。对抑芽剂对靶施药系统进行了模拟试验,结果表明:各因素对收集药量影响的主次排序:药泵压力、曲柄回转半径、机组前进速度、连秆长度;试验条件下的最优处理组合为:曲柄回转半径为40mm,连秆长度为150mm,药泵压力为0.35MPa,机组前进速度为0.45m/s。

【Abstract】 According to the present situation of tobacco Pesticide of Restrain-germinatin,designed the System of Spraying on Target for Tobacco,the system consists of slider-crank mechanism,speed sensor,tobaccostalk sensor,stepping motor,electromagnetic valve,the slider,slippery course,one-way valve,nozzle and travel switch and SCM system,etc.Speed sensors could detect the real-time working speed of machine,SCM system controlled stepping motor speed according to the speed of machine,controlled revolving angle of stepping motor according to electromagnetic valve opening time,and controlled Opening and closing of electromagnetic valve according to the signal of tobaccostalk sensor,the pesticide of Restrain-germinatin Spraying on Target System for Tobacco realized.In this paper the stem length of crank-slider and the slider movement speed were analyzed,and the impact of the stem length to slide motion speed was simulated,the result showed:the influence of the crank length to the slide movement speed was apparent;The influence of connecting rod length to the slide motion speed was small;The influence of the height of crank rotary center to the slide motion speed was very least.The simulating exeperiment of spraying on target system was conducted,the results showed that the order of impact for factors to collected quantity was:poles pump pressure,revolving radius,machine working speed,the stem length;On the conditions of the experiment,the optimal treatment combinations was:revolving radius of crank 40 mm ;crank length 150 mm,poles pump pressure 0.35 MPa,the machine working speed 0.45 m/s.
