旋耕-碎茬仿生刀片田间旋耕作业功耗的试验研究
Experimental Study on the Power Consumption of Bionic Blades for Soil-rototilling and Stubble-breaking during Rototilling

【摘要】 应用鼹鼠爪趾几何特征于旋耕-碎茬通用刀片,设计出旋耕-碎茬仿生刀片。为测定旋耕-碎茬仿生刀片田间旋耕作业的功耗和作业质量,利用电阻式传感器对安装仿生刀片的两行耕整机进行功耗电测试验,依照国标GB/T5668-2008相关测试方法对作业质量进行测定,并与国标旋耕刀的作业功耗和作业质量进行对比。因两种刀片幅宽不同,则切削土壤的范围不同,因此功耗的对比以单位切土面积功耗为试验指标。田间试验结果表明:机组前进速度相近时,旋耕-碎茬仿生刀片的作业功耗大于国标旋耕刀,但单位切土面积功率消耗小于国标旋耕刀,且作业质量明显优于国标旋耕刀。
【Abstract】 The geometrical structure of the claw of mole rat was applied for designs of the frontal cutting surface of soil-rototilling and stubble-breaking universal blade,then the bionic blades for soil-rototilling and stubble-breaking(bionic blade for short)were designed.In order to examine the power consumption and working quality,the bionic blades and national standard rototilling blades were mounted on the rototilling-stubble-breaking machine to perform rototilling tests,and the power consumption of bionic blade and national standard rototilling blade were tested by electric measurement method respectively,and the quality of soil-rototilling were tested in accordance with National Standards of P R China,GB/T 5668-2008.The power consumption of unit area of soil-cutting was taken as test index since the ranges of soil-cutting of these two kinds of blades were different.The results of field test showed that the power consumption of bionic blade were more than that of National standard rototilling blade at the same working speed,but the unit area of soil-cutting of bionic universal blade were less than that of national standard rototilling blade,and the working quality of bionic blade were better than that of the national standard rototilling blade.
