【摘要】 四川是个农业大省。丘陵区的70个区县面积总和仅占全省的18%,但却承载着占全省57.6%的耕地和59.9%的人口。为保证粮食安全,丘陵地区普遍采用套作种植模式,复种指数在2到3之间,对劳动力的需求大。随着大量青壮劳动力不断外出务工,农村出现了无人种地的局面。农机化的重要性和经济性得到了逐步体现,农机化也因此迎来了前所未有的发展机遇;各种农机专业服务队在不断涌现,土地的经营正不断地向集约化方向发展。当前,丘陵区农机化基础薄弱,耕、种、收综合机械化水平低,农机化的发展不仅需要做好农机与套作条件下农艺的相互协调配合,也需要做好基于丘陵特点的农机化基础设施建设、产品研发、技术培训与服务等工作,更需要做好土地流转工作,推动农业向规模化和集约化方向发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sichuan is a large agriculture province with 70 counties in hilly area.They cover 57.6% cultivated land and 59.9% population on 18% land area of Sichuan province.To ensure food safety,strip inter-planting system is widely adopted in this area with a high cropping index,which is between 2-3 and a high demand of labor force.However,unprecedented labor shortage happened along with the mass transfer of labor force from rural to urban.There comes out the importance and economy of agricultural mechanization;and it gains the best time of development in all time.Various servicing groups for agricultural mechanization have come to being,and the management of land is heading to intensification.Currently,the foundation of agricultural mechanization is weak and the comprehensive mechanization level of tillage,seeding and harvesting is still low in hilly area.Therefore,inter-coordination between machine and agriculture within strip intercropping system should be done well as well as the infrastructure construction for agricultural mechanization,product development,technical training and serving,and land circulating to push agriculture toward going to scale and intensification.更多还原
