气吸式圆盘排种器工作过程的高速摄像分析

【摘要】 采用高速摄像技术分析气吸式垂直圆盘排种器的工作过程。试验表明,水稻芽种在气吸式排种盘上有3种吸附姿态,以种子沿长轴方向被吸附为正常,且占大多数;通过对图像分析并结合流场分析结果,得出影响排种均匀性的主要因素是种子在排种器上的吸附姿态,而影响吸附姿态的因素是吸孔的数量和气室内气体的压力;气吸式排种器吸种是在种室表层种子进行的;找到了种子从排种器上方飞出的原因。结果表明,高速摄像技术用于排种器工作分析可以发现许多排种器在高速运转时的现象,对完善排种器设计、提高排种性能具有实际应用价值。
【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the working process for air seed-metering device via High-speed photography technology(HSPT).The results showed that find three gestures of seed on the seeding plate,one seed at bore long axle is the best.Based on the seed dropping images from HSPT,analyzed the effect for seed spacing uniformity with the gesture of seeds.According to the seed images from HSPT and fluid field,prove the main factors which effect seed dropping uniformity are the number of bores and pressure,found the reason that seed fly out the seeding room,and proved the seed filling process on the surface of seeding room.Therefore,HSPT is a more effective technology to studying seed motion law for high rotation seed-metering device.
