超声波技术在黄酮提取中的应用研究进展

【摘要】 简述了超声波辅助提取的原理和影响因素,重点综述了超声波处理在植物组织、蜂胶和大豆黄酮提取中的应用以及超声波与其他提取方法协同提取黄酮物质的应用,主要包括超声波结合碱性离子水、超声波结合微波法、表面活性剂协同超声波与超声波结合酶法。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the principle and influence factors of ultrasonic wave-assisted extraction technology are briefly introduced.Meanwhile,application of ultrasonic treatment in plant tissue,propolis and bean flavones extract of application is reviewed.Moreover,it focuses on the method of ultrasonic extraction combining with other methods to extract flavones which includes the combination of ultrasonic with alkaline lonic water,ultrasound-assisted extraction and microwave-assisted extraction for flavones,the combination of ultrasonic with enzyme,ultrasonic Extraction Assisted with surfactant.
