秸秆产沼气研究进展

【摘要】 秸秆沼气技术是沼气工程领域的一个重要研究内容。发展秸秆沼气工程能够实现农业废弃物的资源化利用,保护农村生态环境,并能解决以粪便为原料的沼气工程所面临的原料短缺问题。该文阐述了当前秸秆沼气关键技术的研究进展,主要从秸秆原料的预处理技术(物理、化学及生物方法)、发酵工艺、沼气发酵菌群、工艺控制、反应器类型以及沼渣处理等方面进行了简要叙述,对目前存在的问题和发展方向进行了展望,提出秸秆沼气的研究重点是发展高效原料预处理技术,研制适合秸秆性能的反应器并提高保温性能是提高秸秆沼气生产效率的根本。

【Abstract】 The biogas production technology with straws is very important in the biogas engineering area.It is found that the biogas plants using straws as the main material can not only recycle agricultural wastes,improve the rural environment,but also solve the limitations of the feedstock faced by the current biogas plants using manure as the main substrate.In this paper,the progress of the key technologies for biogas produced from straws was introduced.The pretreat methods(including the physical,chemical and biological approaches),fermentation technology,bioreactors and biogas residue utilization were narrated in this paper.The problems existed in the development of biogas technology with straws were discussed and the trends of the biogas engineering technology with straws were also prospected.In this paper,to find the appropriate pretreatment methods,modify the structure of the ractors and keep the temperature during the fermentation period are the key directions for the future biogas production from crop straws.
