杏果加工设备中自动定向工作部件的设计与试验

【摘要】 杏罐头、果干、果脯和速冻果肉等食品生产中,要求将杏果定向在缝合线处一分为二切开,以获得形态好的完整果瓣。自动定向装置是杏果切分去核设备的核心部件,本文介绍了水果自动定向原理,应用刚体自由转动稳定性原理设计了差速带式自动定向工作部件,确定了自动定向工作部件的运动参数和结构参数,采用正交试验方法对设计的自动定向工作部件进行了定向准确率试验,试验表明自动定向工作部件可实现沿杏果缝合线处切开的要求,定向过程中对杏果造成的机械损伤小,杏果定向准确率可达85%以上,完全满足杏果切分去核加工工艺的要求。
【Abstract】 During the processing of apricot to the finished product such as canned fruit,dried fruit,preserved fruit and quick-freezing fruit,it is required for the processing machine to separate the apricot into two parts along the fruit suture line and keep the apricot piece completely.Automatic orientation is key device of halving and pitting machine for apricot.The fruit orientation theory has been introduced and belt differential automatic orientation device has been designed which based on the rigid body rotation stability theory in this paper.The motion and structure parameters have been established for automatic orientation component.The orientation component accuracy rate has been tested which based on the orthogonal experimental methods.It is proved that the automatic orientation component can cut apricot into two parts along the fruit suture line by experimental data.The orientation accuracy rate is above 85%,mechanical damage of apricot is very little in the course of automatic orientatioa The automatic orientation component can meet the demands of process of apricot for cutting and pitting.
