滴灌灌水器堵塞的微生物学机理及控制模式研究进展

【摘要】 灌水器堵塞是滴灌研究人员普遍关注而又未能很好解决的问题,国内外已有研究显示再生水滴灌系统堵塞与生物膜在灌水器中的累积有着密切关系,但对于灌溉系统中生物膜的研究还仅有零星报道。本文在简要分析滴灌系统中生物膜形成对灌水器堵塞的诱发机制的基础上,重点阐述了滴灌水质和流动剪切力对滴灌系统中生物膜形成的影响及其控制方法等领域的研究进展,最后提出了滴灌灌水器堵塞的微生物学机理及控制模式方面未来急需解决的问题。

【Abstract】 Emitters clogging is a common concerned problem by drip irrigation researchers and a problem needed to be solved.There are some researches which showed close relation between the emitters clogging of drip irrigation system and the accumulation of biofilms in it.But few researches on biofilms in drip irrigation system are reported.In this paper,based on the brief analysis on the effect of the forming of biofilms in drip irrigation system on the causative mechanism of emitter clogging,the research progress in the fields including the effect of drip irrigation water quality and hydraulic shear stress on the forming of biofilms in drip irrigation system,and the control method were discussed in detail.And finally,the problems urgent to be solved in the future about microbiological mechanism and controlling method were brought forward.
